  • Bed is made from 25 Grade Cast iron of 180 BHN hardened, strictly inspected above 450 BHN hardness with micro level, Hardness Tester, and Straight Edge.
  • Hexagonal/ Square shaped Tail Stock with hardened and ground tail stock Spindle made from alloy steel having external and internal grinding.
  • Color option is Emerald Green / Blue & White(Two Tone).
  • Apron is a totally enclosed oil bath system with lever type arrangement for automatic feeds.
  • Boring of Head Stock is done on WMW boring machine fitted with inspected hardened and ground spindle made from alloy steel.
  • Straight Edge: It is a tool with edge-free form curves or straight that is used for transcribing straight lines. This tool is used in automotive service & machining industry to check the flatness of machined mating surfaces. In some cases, true straightness can be checked using a laser line level as an optical straightedge. Optical Straightedge illuminates an accurately straight line on a flat surface such as the edge of a plank or shelf. It improves the production schedule & time schedule.
